For many, Miley Cyrus might not be one of the first people that they would consider to be a fashion icon. With her lack of pants, wacky wardrobe choice, and evolving hair her looks can seem sometimes a tad confusing and loud. That's exactly why she's one of my fashion idols- because she just doesn't care about others opinions.
